Over the past several months we, like all online merchants, have experienced shipping delays due to ongoing supply chain problems caused by reduced flight capacity, cancellations and other COVID-related factors. This has meant an increase in delivery times to a number of our international destinations.

Unfortunately these delays are outside of our control and, while we are committed to packing and releasing orders within one business day, we are in the hands of the postal services once the package leaves our warehouse.

What does this mean for you, our valued customers?

We will continue to get your orders packaged and out the door as quickly as possible, and we’ll continue to try to find faster ways of getting your order to you, but if speed-of-delivery is a critical factor in your purchasing decision then regrettably we have no control over that.

We remain committed to getting your order to you as quickly as we can and hope that you will understand the challenges these delays are causing.
